If something like this happens again, ckeck what is wrong on this site. I suppose your IP is dynamic because it changes.

I have no idea, but it seems to me that some servers have in-built filters that operate authomatically in a rather bizzare way. Two months ago I paid for the hosting and domain name so it has nothing to do with the hosting service, either.
