Yes, most posters I have come across are limited to the main cast only. It is good that your version includes the recurring characters as well.

So Smiley in the middle, is this the famous Irish luck, or his connections with TPTB behind the poster? The Prophets can do nothing to bring the Sisko to the center of the composition. I like it, it presents all characters. I can’t understand why everyone should root for the main cast only.

I would have liked to include a heap more characters like

but the pic would be of the scale, and decent images are hard to come by for some

Why don’t you put the DS9 logo in the middle and then situate the characters around in clusters or separate images? That way you can have more space, especially if the logo is small.

It is difficult to look heroic and epic in a blue overall suitable for a maintenance technician but Kirk is doing his best. On the other hand, Jeri Ryan looks great in this uniform and the sunset background is really beautiful.
