Belanna Torres reminds me of a flight attendant and her hairstyle is really retro. Chackotay looks surprisingly well with his dreamy stare aimed at the vistas where no man has gone before. Each cheap vigilante can look well in a Starfleet uniform. Good job!

a lot of character are not my favorites but do them simply because i try to cover all the main actors and extra who has prominent roles.

I do however tend to do a lot more of my favorites.
Dax, Garak, picard, tpol and some others get more than their fair share, plus I also do a lot of jeri ryan simply as her and some other women like ezri etc are popular with other people.

However I will accept she has a double tough job,
first she was replacing jadzia which was a very popular character
And secondly she had only one season to make a mark, and whilst it could maybe have been done her parts were poor.

The actress herself seemed very capable and cute in a demure way but as you say not a big favorite of mine

tried this for you,

Added some ridges to her nose and the ones on her chin and replaced the original one around the eyes
The "spoon" I replaced and added some blue, and toned down the orange complexion to a more grey natural tone

altered the color again to revert back to the orange type

Great job, but I prefer the gray complexion, her human pinkish skin does not sit well with me.
