Cardassian looking city

found this pic on the Net.......besides being a brilliant piece of Artwork, I thought of a Cardassian city straight away.

I really like it, it looks so cold, industrial and forlorn, probably Cardassia after the Jam’Hadar’s purges. The buildings are quite skeletal as though they have been under attack. The light is amazing, the haze in the distance and the reflex light in the middle. I have always imagined Cardassian housing architecture to be more square and with more substance but this looks like some abandoned early-warp hangars and tracks for servicing suborbital aircraft.
