Re: What irritates me....
The whole project with the subspace relay was entirely developed by the Cardassian Ministry of Science. In this sense, the local engineer had to be more complying and less irritable. For his own good. O’Brian expressed his doubts during the first briefing in the wardroom and he and Gilora had a long...

Re: ADHD
Comparing my childhood experience to contemporary children is not fair. Each generation is adequate to the conditions that shaped it. But I agree that this is hardly a medical condition that has to be addressed with medicines, more of negligence and lack of consistent effort at teaching the children...

Re: Cardassian Artwork found on the net
It means that we are a nation of altruists and animal-lovers but the Federation and the Bajorans have vilified us beyond recognition. The pony realizes that but the Bajorans were not that intelligent.

Re: What irritates me....
No one denies that DS9 was O’Brian’s station but I don’t think that he knew the original technology better than those ladies. In fact, it turned out that he had added so many backups that he hampered the computer. That It was a good exercise in humility for him. Cardassian women are not like Terran ...

Re: Cardassian Themed Websites
Yes, I am familiar with Gul Maket’s site too. Too bad, it was abandoned. It looks great, I really like the design and the attitude. Gul Maket is welcome here if he/she decides to drop by. The Tumblr site is cool too, I don’t have a subscription either, but I often hit on it while browsing. Here is w...

Cardassian Riding Hounds
What about the Cardassian riding hounds? What do they look like? I am really into horses so this issue is of vital importance to me. How much meat does a Cardassian riding hound need a day? More than a Terran tiger or less? Are they horse-size or pony-size? How much do they weigh – 500 kg, 400kg, 30...

Re: What irritates me....
Yes, I fully agree that he had his reasons but I guess the Cardassians chose him for this trial exactly because they were fully aware of his sentiments. Just a lesson learned the hard way. Gilora was too pushy and pesky and he simply did not know how to handle her, it was fun to watch. I liked the m...

Re: What irritates me....
Well, O’Brian has never been my favorite character because of his attitude to Cardassians and his quite commonplace values. I am also middle-aged and I have a lot of friends who are much younger than me but I hate acting like an old grumpy mother. They have the right to make their mistakes as I did ...

I really like the manip and Molly looks great. The bio-dome is absolutely realistic. Still, Ireland has too much vegetation to pass for Cardassia. This is in the Little Desert National Park in western Victoria. The soil is sand. http://www.abc.net.au/reslib/201110/r840141_7832330.jpg
